We prioritized flavor and quality of ingredients with this cookie—no seed oils, no palm oil, and no butter alts. Because of that, and the fact they’re made with gluten-free ingredients, they are a bit of a different of texture and size compared to our og cookie. To get the cookie to have a moist and gooey center, we decided to make them a bit thicker. we hope you love them!
