How do I buy cookie dough?
To start out, we are doing limited cookie dough drops. We advertise the dates on our Instagram, Tiktok, and through our emails. Be sure to follow orsubscribe to our email list to be the first to know.
What comes with an order of cookie dough?
Frozen, individual cookie dough balls and Maldon Sea Salt packs.
How do we ship frozen dough?
Our dough is shipped out with dry ice and an eco-friendly cooler using two-day shipping so that is stays frozen. That being said, things do happen. Email us at hi@hottakedough.com if your dough arrives warm.
How long will it take for me to get my dough?
All of our dough is to arrive within 2-3 days so that it stays frozen, but it may take a couple of days to be shipped out. We usually ship orders out the following Monday after a drop. You will receive an email when it is shipped out.
When do orders ship out?
If you ordered on Thursday or Friday, orders will ship out early the following Monday. We will not ship over the weekend due to the fact carriers don't deliver on Sundays.
How do I dispose of dry ice?
Our orders to ship with dry ice. Be cautious when opening your package to avoid dry ice burns. To get rid of dry ice, do not dispose of dry ice in a sewer, garbage disposal, garbage chute, etc. Let leftover dry ice to melt in a well-ventilated area, preferably outside.
Do you use organic ingredients?
We use organic whenever possible. We always use grass-fed organic butter, organic flour, organic sugars, fairtrade chocolate and cage-free eggs.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
Yes if you spend under $50, or you are sending dough to Alaska or Hawaii. Shipping is free if you order 2 or more bags of dough and you’re on mainland US!
Where is your chocolate from?
For our Salted Chocolate Chip cookie se use fair-trade, chocolate from Guittard Chocolate.
For our Limited Edition S'Mores cookie, we partnered with Tony's Chocolonely to use their Fairtrade S'more Lil Bits.
Is your cookie dough edible?
Our cookie dough is for baking only! Please do not eat raw cookie dough.
Do you have any gluten free or vegan cookie doughs?
Our new collab flavor is GF/DF. Scroll below for details. This flavor still has eggs so we do not have a vegan flavor.

How long does the cookie dough stay good?
Our cookie dough will taste best when consumed within 6 months.
