All our favorite cookie dough brands sitting on shelves use seed oils or oil blends. We’d just always assumed cookies were made with butter. Nope.
There wasn’t a single organic pre-made cookie dough option out there. When dessert cravings hit, why couldn’t we just grab a high-quality, organic cookie dough? Why did we have to make it ourselves, all at once? And then deal with freezing it in chunks, breaking it apart, and trying to store it in some messy container?
It didn’t feel easy or luxurious. Usually, those two things contradict each other — but why? Should they?
